Job Summary

The Senior Support Worker role in the Neurodevelopmental Team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust offers a unique opportunity to support the team in conducting Autism and ADHD assessments. This position requires a strong understanding of child development and neurodevelopmental presentation in children.

Main Duties

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the neurodevelopmental assessment of children and young people whose behavior is suggestive of the need for an assessment. This will involve reviewing developmental forms, identifying relevant information, and applying this to pre-assessment with guidance from clinicians.

You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, both written and electronic, and effectively writing reports. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend and contribute to team meetings to support the development of the team.
