The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Sandwich. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to paediatric clients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous care experience, including personal care, is essential
  • Must be able to commit to at least two shifts per week
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your vehicle are essential
  • Must be based in the UK (we do not offer VISA sponsorship)
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: £13.31 – £15.97 per hour
  • Bank Holiday Pay: £18.15-£26.62 per hour
