Job Summary:

As a Senior Support Worker at Turning Point, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism, Mental Health, and Learning Disabilities to live independently in the community. You will work closely with the management team to provide first-line support to Support Workers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role requires previous experience in Support Work or Healthcare, as well as the ability to drive. Key responsibilities include rota management, staff supervision, coaching, and embedding quality support for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to Support Workers in their day-to-day activities
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manage rotas and supervise staff
  • Coach and develop staff members
  • Embed quality support for the people we support

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Support Work or Healthcare
  • Ability to drive
  • Flexible, patient, and non-judgmental
  • Able to complete physical aspects of the role, such as manual handling
