We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing superior quality engineering design services to support our turnkey and engineering services contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop cost-effective design layouts that meet project specifications and can be constructed and commissioned effectively.
  2. Ensure the utilization of standard practices and maintain competitiveness.
  3. Provide estimates and feedback to the Proposals department.
  4. Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures and processes to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  5. Coordinate designs with internal and external disciplines to ensure effective project delivery.
  6. Maintain accurate files and records throughout contract duration.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and work within a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  8. Develop and maintain a personal development plan.
  9. Assist in supervising and developing staff.
  10. Ensure a safe working environment and minimize waste from departmental activities.
  11. Consider environmental issues in design and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
