Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in providing superior quality engineering design services to support our turnkey and engineering services contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cost-effective design layouts that meet project specifications and can be constructed and commissioned effectively.
  • Ensure the adoption of standard practices and maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design coordination and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain efficient procedures to aid the smooth running of the department.
  • Monitor and review procedures and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Assist in supervising and developing staff, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Reduce waste to a minimum from all departmental activities and ensure designs take account of environmental issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering design software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
