The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Partnership Executive to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in managing relationships with influencers, affiliates, and key industry third-parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with InvestEngine's influencer & affiliate partnerships.">
  • Regularly communicate with partners, keeping them informed about new initiatives and content ideas.">
  • Evaluate content created by partners to ensure alignment with our brand goals and compliance rules.">
  • Analyze partner effectiveness, including CPA, conversion rates, and customer quality generated.">
  • Pursue new influencer & affiliate partnerships for InvestEngine to collaborate with.">
  • Present relevant partner opportunities, including commercial details.">
  • Support relationships with Asset Manager partners, such as JP Morgan, to drive success in co-marketing efforts.">
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing Team to enhance the growth of InvestEngine's other account types and relationships.">
  • Contribute strategic ideas for enhancing InvestEngine's proposition and growth efforts.">
  • Foster a culture that lives by our core business metrics, aligning marketing and business efforts for continued exceptional growth.">

Your Background:

">

We're looking for an individual with 3+ years of experience in B2C partnership, marketing, sales, or similar roles in a high-performing team and company or agency.

">

Candidates should have a passion for personal finance or investment, with a strong interest in social media and digital marketing.

">

Demonstrable understanding of broader marketing channels is essential.

">

Confidence in using data to understand user behavior and assess the impact of efforts is vital.

">

Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills are required.

">

A highly proactive attitude with a willingness to get hands-on is necessary.

">

Experience and understanding of finance or the finance industry are desirable.

">

A commitment to seeing the team succeed as much as oneself is essential.
