Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. This role is crucial in our business development efforts, focusing on generating leads and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers. As a junior position, this role offers a clear pathway into our sales team, where you will have the opportunity to progress into a fully-fledged sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and generate new business leads through telesales and other outreach methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Utilize industry databases and market research to identify key opportunities and track market trends.
  • Manage and update client information accurately using IT systems, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed lead generation targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in making outbound calls to customers and engaging potential clients would be highly beneficial.
  • Ambitious and driven; we are looking for someone who is motivated to succeed and eager to develop their career within sales.
  • Experience with industry databases and market research is desirable.
  • IT and Excel literate is a must for data management and analysis.
  • UK driving licence is necessary as the role may require occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
