This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Esendex Australia PTY Limited, where you will play a key role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute a B2B Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive demand generation and brand awareness across multiple UK brands.
  • Brand Management: Elevate our premium brand and optimize our brand portfolio to maximize value.
  • Customer Marketing: Power up our customer marketing efforts with a focus on new product penetration and existing customer retention.
  • Account Based Marketing: Plan, implement, and manage an ABM program to drive targeted outcomes and incremental improvements.
  • Marketing Performance Management: Monitor and report marketing performance, working closely with sales to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Digital Marketing Assets: Own and manage UKI digital marketing assets, including websites, CRM, and collaterals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with sales, support, and other internal stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Effectively manage resources and budget to achieve strong ROI and efficient CAC rates.
Requirements:
  • Marketing Expertise: Highly competent in current marketing demand generation tactics, tools, and channels, both online and offline.
  • Marketing Automation: Strong knowledge and executional skills in marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc) and experience in Salesforce CRM.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation: Confident copywriter with an eye for detail and ability to create excellent digital experiences.
  • Agency Management and People Management: Strong agency management and people management skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects, and hit deadlines.
