This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Esendex Australia PTY Limited as a Demand Generation Manager. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute a B2B Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive demand generation and business growth.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives to elevate our premium brand and maximize brand portfolio value.
  • Customer Marketing: Power up our customer marketing efforts with a focus on new product penetration into our existing customer base.
  • Account Based Marketing: Plan, implement, and manage an Account Based Marketing programme to drive targeted outcomes.
  • Marketing Performance Management: Manage and report marketing performance, working closely with sales to identify areas for optimization and incremental improvements.
  • Digital Marketing Assets: Own and manage our UKI digital marketing assets, including websites, CRM, and collaterals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly with sales and support colleagues.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Effectively manage resources and budget to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC rates.
Requirements:
  • Marketing Expertise: Highly competent in current marketing demand generation tactics, tools, and channels, both online and offline.
  • Marketing Automation: Strong knowledge and executional skills in marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc) and experience in Salesforce CRM.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation: Confident copywriter with an eye for detail and ability to create excellent digital experiences.
  • Financial Management: Competent at managing a budget and confident reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Agency and People Management: Strong agency management and people management skills.
