About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Business Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support function, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales orders and delivery notes on our in-house system.
  • Prepare orders and delivery dockets for the warehouse team.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and develop relationships with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Monitor emails and respond promptly to ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Book parcels and pallets onto the transporters' logistic system.
  • Acknowledge customer orders, confirm despatch, and monitor delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on stock availability and manage backorders.
  • Liaise with logistics providers regarding delivery queries or issues.
  • Send Proof of Delivery (PODs) as requested by customers.
  • Invoice customers and verify paperwork.

  • Excellent administration and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers over the phone.
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative effectively.
