Key Responsibilities:
- Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch as the main point of contact for our customers.
- Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues effectively.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
