About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador Representative with Infinite Sales Solutions, you will play a crucial role in introducing our products or services directly to potential customers by visiting their homes. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, have a knack for communicating effectively, and are motivated by the flexibility and autonomy of managing their own business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Visit residential neighbourhoods to engage with potential customers, discussing how our products or services could benefit them. Build rapport and trust to create a positive experience for each interaction.
  • Product Understanding: Develop a strong knowledge of the products or services offered, including their features, advantages, and pricing, to effectively communicate these to customers.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify potential sales opportunities through direct interaction with residents, follow-ups on referrals, and tapping into local networks.
  • Territory Planning: Organise your daily schedule to cover assigned areas, aiming to make the most of your time and effort.
  • Sales Recording: Keep track of your daily activities, including customer interactions, orders taken, and any other relevant information. Accurately document sales transactions and maintain records of customer details.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all legal requirements and ethical standards during the sales process, ensuring that all interactions are conducted with integrity.
Requirements

  • Experience: Some experience in sales or customer service, particularly in a direct selling environment, is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
