SEN Art Teacher for Inclusive Education

This SEN Art Teacher role is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team in an inclusive secondary school in London. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching art in an SEN or inclusive setting and a passion for inspiring creativity in students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Deliver Art Lessons: Create engaging and tailored art lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Foster Creativity and Self-Expression: Develop key art skills while encouraging students to express themselves confidently through the arts.
- Collaborate with Support Staff: Work closely with support staff and the SENCo to ensure that students' needs are met and progress is monitored.
Requirements:
- Experience teaching art in an SEN or inclusive setting.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to cater to various learning needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A clear DBS check.
- Right to work in the UK.
