Main Objectives:- Offer person-centered support that promotes independence and self-advocacy.
- Implement and monitor care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Foster meaningful relationships through community engagement and social activities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional certifications in healthcare or social work are desirable.
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and maintain professional boundaries.
- Salary range: approximately $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
