Key Responsibilities

As a Vertical Transport Engineer at KLEEMANN, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our lift equipment and systems. This includes:

  • Servicing and troubleshooting lift equipment and systems.
  • Collaborating with site staff and workforce to ensure project execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety guidelines for manual handling, heavy lifting, and working at heights.
  • Engaging with customers on-site and building relationships to ensure a customer-focused environment.
  • Identifying and rectifying faults using lift manuals and diagrams.
  • Maintaining standards in technical reporting and communication, updating on the latest standards and directives.
  • Enforcing company policies and quality, safety, and environmental systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic and traction lift systems and a minimum of 6 years' experience in the lift sector. They will also hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Lift Engineering and possess excellent technical expertise.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week, uniform and PPE provided for safety, access to advanced training and development programs, and 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
