Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to designing and delivering lift systems for landmark projects. With a focus on excellence and innovation, we foster a culture that encourages collaboration and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead VT strategy development for new and existing buildings
  • Collaborate on lift traffic analysis
  • Design and create reports and presentations
  • Develop specifications, drawings, and contract documents
  • Asset management
  • Collaborate with Lift Contractors and clients
  • Approval process oversight
  • On-site supervision and inspections
  • Site surveys and report preparation
  • Refurbishment solutions advice
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Meticulous approach to work
  • Strong teamwork ethic
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and CAD software
  • Able to write clear technical reports
  • Confident client relationships
  • Commercial acumen
  • Adaptability

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Vertical Transportation engineering, with a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
