Youth Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part Time Club Leader.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging holiday club programmes that cater to the needs of every child. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a safe, active, and fun experience for all participants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality holiday club programmes that meet the needs of children.
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes social interaction and learning.
- Evaluate programme performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
About You:
- You have experience working with children in sports coaching, PE teaching, or activity leadership roles.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to motivate and inspire young people.
- You are passionate about helping children develop new skills and build confidence.
