Portfolio Performance Leadership
We are looking for a skilled Portfolio Performance Leader to join our product management team. As a Portfolio Performance Leader, you will be responsible for leading our product management function and overseeing the creation, management, and execution of product catalogues that showcase our full range of CPS products. You will work closely with product consultants and broader product development teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality product roadmaps. Additionally, you will drive innovation in our approach to product design and management, focusing on cost competitiveness and repeatability.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology trends and their impact on our customers and organisation. They will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality product roadmaps and ensuring compliance with relevant authorisation processes. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £65,000, 23 days' holiday, and a paid day off for volunteering.
