About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Transformation Leader to join our team at New Look Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing a portfolio of large-scale transformation initiatives across various business units and functions.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in portfolio management, digital transformation, or business strategy roles. You will have strong experience in managing multiple, cross-functional programs simultaneously and in a fast-moving environment. Hands-on experience of managing bi-modal portfolios is essential, as well as influencing and leveraging methods of delivery that best help to optimise value for customers and the business, in line with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire New Look transformation portfolio plan, including prioritisation, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversight of multiple transformation initiatives spanning across various business units and functions.
  • Ensure initiatives are aligned with the strategic goals and compliance requirements of the organisation, deliver measurable value, and achieve intended business outcomes.
