About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Transformation Leader to join our team at Ziprecruiter. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing strategic technology transformation initiatives across the business.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in shaping and influencing technology strategy, including digital transformation. As a leader, you will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology programs that enable business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in agile methodology and leadership. You will be able to define and execute the technical vision and strategy for omnichannel solutions that meet business needs and expectations.

As the primary point of contact for senior executives and stakeholders, you will serve as a trusted advisor on technology-related matters. Your ability to establish governance frameworks and steering committees will ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

This role requires someone who can lead a team of engineers, developers, and technical experts to deliver on technology transformation objectives. If you have experience in programme/project management, RAID logs, and stakeholder management, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in technology strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology transformation programs, including system upgrades, platform migrations, and digital transformation.
  • Establish governance frameworks and steering committees to provide oversight and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives and key stakeholders on technology-related matters.
  • Identify and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in working with agile methodology, leading and managing engineering teams.
  • Experience in shaping and influencing technology strategy, including digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to define and execute the technical vision and strategy for omnichannel solutions that meet business needs and expectations.
