## Teaching Assistant - Support Staff

### Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teachers Together Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, preparing teaching materials, and working with small groups or one-to-one to support student learning.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting student learning
* Prepare teaching materials as directed by the class teacher
* Work with small groups or one-to-one to support student learning
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
* Adhere to school policies and procedures, including behaviour policy
