Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Stopsley High School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting qualified teachers in the classroom, providing assistance to children with learning difficulties and those with Statements of Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to teachers in the classroom, adapting strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons, ensuring that all materials and resources are available.
  • Support students with Statements of Special Educational Needs, using adapted strategies to meet their needs.
