We are seeking a skilled HR professional to partner with our manufacturing site in South Wales. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and commercially focused HR service that aligns with national, business unit, and local priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the HR function within management teams to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage all HR functions for the site, including supply chain and logistics teams in the Southern region.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive business improvement initiatives, talent attraction and development, inclusion and diversity, employee engagement, and change initiatives.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • In-depth experience gained within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of supporting business changes, such as reorganisations and TUPE transfers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a unionised environment.
  • High integrity and ability to challenge, impact, and influence others.
  • Personal drive and desire to succeed and improve.
  • Ability to assess, measure, and identify key talent and ensure alignment with organisational drivers.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of approximately £52,500 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus.

This is a full-time, permanent site-based role with occasional travel required to supply chain and logistics depots and other sites across the UK.
