Job Description

MICHAEL PAGE HUMAN RESOURCES is seeking a qualified HR professional to fill the role of HR Director - Manufacturing in Barry, South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service that supports business growth and transformation.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for managing all HR for the site, including Supply Chain and Logistics teams in the Southern region.

The role involves partnering with key stakeholders to drive business growth and transformation, leading talent attraction and development initiatives, and maintaining a positive employee experience through proactive engagement and inclusion programs.

Responsibilities

  2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  3. Lead talent attraction and development initiatives to meet business needs

What We Offer

This is a full-time, permanent site-based role offering a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus.
