About the RoleWe are currently seeking a Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Ideal Personnel in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to residents, working closely with our Registered Nurses to develop and implement individual care plans.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care to residents, maintaining accurate records of care interventions and observations.
- Participating in mandatory training courses to stay up-to-date with the latest care practices and protocols.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive team environment.
- Reporting any hazards or incidents to the Nurse in Charge immediately.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- A professional approach and commitment to working within the care industry.
- Experience working in the care sector, preferably with people of varying abilities.
- Flexibility to work a 24-hour/7 days period.
