Job Summary
This position involves working as part of a close-knit team to deliver care and support in the community and at home. You'll need to have previous experience in complex care, including ventilation support, tracheostomy care, and peg feeding. A strong focus on patient-centered care and a commitment to ongoing learning and development are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Develop and maintain expertise in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
