As a Freelance Clinical Trainer, you will be part of our team, responsible for delivering training sessions that meet our high standards. You will also support our team in ensuring consistency throughout training and actively engaging with changes to legislation or national guideline amendments.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver high-quality training sessions in line with ECG resources
  • To ensure consistency throughout training
  • To promote ECG's products and services
  • To maintain and develop own professional knowledge and awareness
  • To be responsible for the cleanliness and security of the training venue
  • To support strong communication with the training operations team

Requirements

  • Experience in teaching and assessing clinical skills
  • Strong background in areas such as ALS, ILS, DILS, Moving & Handling, Patient Assessment, Clinical Skills, Vaccination, Cannulation, Phlebotomy, and 12 Lead ECG recording
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a training environment
  • Proactive attitude with a 'can do' approach
  • Good time keeping and attention to detail
  • Able to promote a positive and professional image

Salary and Benefits
