Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Support Assistant to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a Personal Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our customers in their own homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in care and possess excellent communication skills. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care services to our customers.

As a Personal Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Administering medication
  • Promoting customer health and well-being
  • Assisting with household chores and meal preparation

A competitive salary of £930 - £1,050 per week, plus benefits including paid holiday days and ongoing training and support.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion is essential.
