Personal Care Assistant

We are a housing charity that builds homes and provides support to vulnerable adults with learning and physical disabilities. Our goal is to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives, and we're seeking like-minded professionals to join our team as Care Assistants.
Job Description: As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care and support. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining residents' health and wellbeing, promoting their independence, and supporting them in daily activities such as mealtimes and social events.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also need to be willing to learn and develop your skills through comprehensive training and ongoing support.
Salary and Benefits: This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits including a fully funded qualification in health and social care, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career progression.
