Pharmaceutical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at ProfDoc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and working closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies.
About the Role:- This is a challenging role that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- You will work closely with our medical team to develop and implement medication policies, conduct audits and research, and ensure medication safety across the organization.
- A degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Experience in a clinical pharmacy role is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
As a Clinical Pharmacist at ProfDoc, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
