Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, working closely with healthcare professionals to optimise medication therapies.
  • Conduct medication reviews, focusing on high-risk patients.
  • Support audits, research, and the development of medication policies.

This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

What We're Looking For:
  • MPharm degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy role is advantageous.
