Production and Recording Specialist for Young Musicians

Job Description
As a music educator for SEN learners, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored learning experiences that foster confidence and a love for music.

Key Responsibilities
- Teaching Music Production: Deliver engaging lessons on modern software and tools to compose, record, and produce music, tailored to the unique needs of SEN students.
- Adapted Teaching Strategies: Utilize digital tools and software to teach the basics of music production and recording, adapting to meet individual abilities and interests.
- Encouraging Creativity: Foster self-expression through lyric writing and creative music projects, promoting teamwork and collaboration among students.
- Confidence Building: Plan and deliver lessons that build confidence and a love for music, tailoring teaching strategies to individual strengths and aspirations.
Requirements
- Experience or Qualification: In music production, recording, and composition, with a focus on SEN strategies.
