About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Bradley Complex Care, a specialist service for individuals with complex needs. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological interventions and assessments to support the care plans of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for service users with complex needs.
  • Provide individual and group interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for service users.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in psychological interventions.
Requirements
  • Chartered Psychologist status and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities and autism.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychological practices and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
