About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Regional Clinical Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, utilizing their expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with individuals with complex needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and enthusiastic individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our pupils. The post holder will contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, working closely with our well-established Clinical Team to provide a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish.
Our Regional Clinical Wellbeing team is committed to delivering high-quality services, and we are looking for a Practitioner Therapist who shares our vision of building incredible futures for vulnerable young people. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to work independently, with the full support of our Clinical Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils
- Manage a caseload alongside other clinicians
- Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
- Work collaboratively with our Clinical Team to provide a nurturing environment

Requirements:
- Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic)
- Registered with the HCPC and own professional body
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of working with individuals with complex needs
