Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Practitioner Psychologist for a leading healthcare provider in the UK. Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake high-quality direct and indirect specialist psychological interventions, making autonomous clinical decisions.
  • Formulate and implement plans of specialist psychological treatment or management of patients' mental health needs based on a multi-factorial psychological understanding and current evidence-based best practice.
  • Maintain high standards of care in all areas of practice and in accordance with the HCPC Code of Conduct, professional guidelines, and Company Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
  • BPS-recognised psychology degrees
  • HCPC registration
  • Chartered Psychologist status and appropriate post-graduate qualifications
  • Understanding of evidence-based psychological practice
  • Experience of applying psychological knowledge to a clinical setting
  • Experience working with clients with cognitive deficits
  • Previous experience of conducting research and project working
