About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Bradley Complex Care, a specialist service for individuals with complex needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological interventions and assessments to support the care plans of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with complex needs.
  • Provide individual and group interventions, including cognitive behavioural therapy and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and provide training and supervision to support the development of staff skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Chartered Psychologist status and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based psychological practice and ability to apply this in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
