About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for working closely with the operating team to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess and monitor patient conditions, check symptoms and vital signs, and arrange diagnostic tests as necessary.

You will also be responsible for recognising and responding to emergency situations, such as cardiac arrests or other critical incidents.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a A&E nursing environment within a hospital in the last 3 years
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices
  • Ability to ensure accurate records are kept
