The Role

This full-time position as a Regional Partnership Program Case Manager is primarily based at the local DCF Family Services office. The successful candidate will partner with DCF staff to support caregivers impacted by substance use, conduct screenings, coordinate referrals, and provide consultation and training on topics related to substance use and treatment services.
