About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Support and Development Professional to join our team. As a member of our Children's Integrated Services/ Parent Child Center department, you will work closely with families, providing support, coaching, and resources to help them achieve their goals.

This role is part of our Early Intervention team, which focuses on supporting infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, as well as their caregivers. You will be responsible for conducting home visits, providing play-based interventions, and facilitating family coaching sessions.
