The opportunity to join our team as a Business Growth Strategist - Technical Solutions at Baxi Heating UK is now available. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.

This exciting opportunity will see you develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Sales to achieve business objectives and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional contractors and merchants.

You will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Striving to recover share and volume for commercial products, while maintaining margin contributions.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional contractors and merchants.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of the commercial HVAC market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
The salary for this position is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
