Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our financial advisors, including diary management and client communication.
- Process new business, including keying on the providers platform and updating client information.
- Prepare packs, illustrations, and documents for first meetings.
- Answer calls, liaise with clients, and arrange appointments with financial advisors.
- Scan and store data electronically, and add and update client information and plan/policy details to the client database.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within an office environment.
- Financial Services knowledge is essential.
- A 'people person' with a strong work ethic, keen to learn and to develop an understanding of the business.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
