Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our dynamic and ever-growing business as a Financial Services Administrator. The successful candidate will work within a team to provide a high-quality service to our clients, including administrative duties and diary management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our financial advisors, including diary management and client communication.
  • Process new business, including keying on the providers platform and updating client information.
  • Prepare packs, illustrations, and documents for first meetings.
  • Answer calls, liaise with clients, and arrange appointments with financial advisors.
  • Scan and store data electronically, and add and update client information and plan/policy details to the client database.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within an office environment.
  • Financial Services knowledge is essential.
  • A 'people person' with a strong work ethic, keen to learn and to develop an understanding of the business.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
