Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join La Chouette School as an Early Years Educator Apprentice. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. With on-the-job training and 20% off-the-job learning, you will work towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard. This includes a Diploma in Early Years Education and a Paediatric First Aid certification.

The role involves providing high-quality care and education to children aged 12 months to 6 years old. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, collaborating with colleagues, communicating with parents and carers, and participating in ongoing professional development.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education
- Paediatric First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to diverse learning styles
- Commitment to creating a nurturing environment that encourages children to grow and thrive
