Unqualified Reception Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to support the academic and personal growth of children in our Primary School located in Ealing.

This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to make a difference in children's lives, supporting their development from the early years foundation stage (EYFS) up to key stage 2 (KS2).

About the Role
  • Providing classroom support to children across EYFS, RECEPTION & KS2
  • Schools' Direct opportunity available for the right candidate
  • General classroom assistance
  • Working with children who have mild SEN: Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons to ensure high-quality education
  • Supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and helping them access the curriculum
  • Developing strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Person Specifications
  • Must hold a degree from a reputable University
  • A genuine passion for education with a willingness to learn
  • Fully committed to the role
  • A good understanding of the Primary curriculum and general knowledge of SEN would be beneficial
  • Good academics required: GCSEs and A Levels

Salary: £120 per day (Term time only - Full Time)

Contract Type: Long-term contract - Full Time, ASAP start

Location: Located in the London Borough of Ealing
