About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team at a thriving secondary school in Ealing. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide individualized support to students with ASD and ADHD, and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience supporting students with ASD and ADHD
- A proactive, compassionate, and patient approach to working with students with additional needs
- A team player who can collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student progress

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
