Production Futures is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Rigging Head of Department to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient preparation, dispatch, and maintenance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the warehouse team in preparing and dispatching equipment to exacting standards.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for equipment preparation, packing, and loading.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the events industry, with a strong understanding of event rigging hardware.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work safely and methodically, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks, including loading and unloading vehicles and moving equipment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
