About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual merchandising elements into our stores for campaign launches.

As a Visual Merchandising Executive, you will work closely with our Global and local Visual Merchandising teams to ensure that our visual merchandising standards are met across all our stores. You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our visual merchandising elements are delivered on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the campaign agenda and work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver 360 plans.
  • Collaborate with the Global and local Visual Merchandising teams to ensure that our visual merchandising standards are met across all our stores.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, ensuring that our visual merchandising elements are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Be present at installs and on launch days to ensure that our visual merchandising elements are delivered correctly.
  • Support the VM Assistant Manager, global and local store design teams to ensure that our visual merchandising standards are met across all our stores.
  • Create store launch guidelines for sign off and communicate to all teams to support set up and opening.
  • Work as part of a project team to deliver exciting and record-breaking 360 projects.
  • Partner with the commercial and marketing teams to conduct analysis to inform decisions and ensure that our visual merchandising is optimized for maximum impact and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in the Beauty/Retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with VM suppliers and retailers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complexity.
  • Ability to think creatively and produce new ideas and concepts that fit within the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
