Job Description

The successful candidate will lead from the front, developing the permanent engineering market in the UK by managing the full recruitment life cycle and implementing innovative solutions. They will also develop a team in the same market, training, building, and managing recruiters to follow their successes.

A strong track record of achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and building a successful sales team is essential. The ideal candidate will have an inquisitive nature, be ambitious and passionate, and motivated to make an impact both internally and externally.

  • A competitive salary in line with experience (£45k - £55k) and uncapped commission/bonus structure (OTE £90k)
