At Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, we're committed to excellence and innovation. As a Product Graduate, you'll play a key role in supporting our Product Managers in ensuring the success of our current series vehicles worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Managers in aligning sales and marketing product topics for the vehicle across the organization.
  • Collate and analyze competitor data to ensure the competitiveness of our products in the market.
  • Develop and distribute product bulletins to ensure dealers and regional partners understand our products.
  • Manage and deliver product feature content and pricing for our Bespoke Collection Cars.
  • Support the creation of show car proposals for all Rolls-Royce Motor Cars products.
  • Harmonize, bring to decision, and communicate Model Year pricing information, base pricing, options, and bespoke.

Requirements:

  • Graduated or working towards a degree in a Business or Technical related area, with a 2:1 or above.
  • High appreciation for the automotive and luxury industries.
  • Customer Orientation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a flexible, multi-disciplinary team.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £34,000 p/a, increasing to £35,500 p/a in year 2, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme. You'll also enjoy a rewarding work-life balance with contracted working hours of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
