We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Operations Graduate to join our team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood. As a key player in our Sales Operations team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our company and contribute to the success of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Operations team in delivering client-centric propositions and driving business growth.
  • Represent Rolls-Royce Motor Cars to our dealer network, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in customer experiences.
  • Apply data science skills to identify opportunities that benefit all areas of the business.
  • Contribute to analysis and decision-making processes, providing insights that inform business strategies.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our sales operations and the luxury goods sector, with opportunities to work across Europe, Asia, Middle East, China, and America.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales Channel Development, Manufacturing, and Product.
  • Drive improvement opportunities within our core sales operations processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Graduated or working towards a degree in a Business or Technical related area, with a 2:1.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars brand and luxury business.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel / PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau programs.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic & energetic self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Enjoys a team environment.
  • Clear focus on outcomes, strong problem-solver, sees the big picture, exercises good business judgment.
  • Speaks clearly and listens attentively, can be persuasive, writes correspondence with ease, communicates clearly.
  • Excellent language skills in English - language skills in German are an advantage.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive annual salary of £34,000 p/a, increasing to £35,500 p/a in year 2, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
  • Contracted working hours are 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, helping you develop a fulfilling work-life balance.
