About the Role:

Estee Lauder is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Boots. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine your creative and technical expertise to create an exceptional customer experience while selling our market-leading products across the Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance.
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to educate and inspire customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
